It is allow to provide the following forms of collateral:
– Cash or immobilization certificates bearing securities deposited with the Government Depositary or the Delegations of Economy and Finance of the Autonomous Communities or contracting local.
– By bank guarantee provided by a bank, savings bank, credit union, credit institution or mutual guarantee.
– By surety contract, concluded with an authorized insurer.
– By holding in price when specified in the specifications.
